We have worked alongside marketing agencies, IT companies, web design studios and freelance designers to help them deliver excellent quality websites to their customers.
Our aim is to build long-term relationships with you and therefore offer assurances that we will never contact your clients directly, unless you would like us to. We can have as little or as much involvement in your projects as required, from helping with the project specification, client meetings and proposals to website design, web development and site testing.
Our team of experienced web designer and developers are here to support you either by working in the background or communicating directly with your customers on your behalf. Should you wish for us to liaise with your customer we will give them the same level of support and guidance any of our customers would expect to receive, the only difference being we do it under your company name.
There are no contracts
We like to keep things as simple as possible by offering a highly flexible service, which means that you won’t be tied into a contract or be asked to supply us with a certain quota of work, we are just available as and when you need us.
We can clearly outline the approach we take in delivering for our partners; including sales proposals, costs, delivery plans, technical information and details of our experience in delivering similar projects. We have delivered a range projects for clients on a third party basis. We understand the importance of a focused strategy and a clear vision and how this needs to be translated effectively into our new working partnership.
Communication with our partner’s clients can be organised on the most appropriate basis for each project. We can email your clients using your email address, contact them via anonymous phone lines or can take calls on behalf of your clients via a routed phone number. All meetings are attended as working for and representing your company. Our promise to our partners is that we retain client confidentially at all stages, continuing their highest of standards.
