About Team Valley Web Design

Team Valley Web is a creative web design company based in Gateshead near Newcastle upon Tyne. Established in 2006, as part of Team Valley Group, we specialise in designing and developing websites and online marketing solutions for businesses throughout the UK.

Our team of web designers, web developers and online marketing specialists work tirelessly to get consumers to connect with your brand and to help you achieve genuine value for your online investment.

The most important part of our job is getting to know you and your business, we take the time to listen to your ideas, aims and objectives for your online marketing and work with you to achieve your goals. We believe that every business is unique and so are their online requirements, which is why we don’t offer price packages, this ensures that you will only pay for what you need.

Director Andrew Auton: Short Bio Andrew has worked with an array of high-profile businesses, many across the North East. He launched Team Valley Web in 2006 to compliment the services of the Team Valley Group. As Director of Team Valley Web, Andrew's main focus is on client relationships and is often one of the first points of contact for new clients.

Our Process

Getting to know you

Our process starts with you, as we believe a great design begins with understanding you, your business and your requirements. The more we know about your project and goals at the beginning, the better.
Planning

Once we understand your needs, we work with you to plan the best way to achieve them and develop a strategy to help us through the rest of the process.
Design

Here is where the creativity begins, with all the information we have gathered we will create a flat concept design of your website. This will involve your input and opinions in order to create the ideal design for your target market.
Development

Once you are happy with the design and it has been signed off, we then move onto the technical part, coding your design. Our developers take the flat concept that has been designed and turn it into a fully functioning website.
Testing & Website Launch

After we have finished developing your site you get the opportunity to test it to make sure everything functions the way you want it to. When you are happy with everything we push the button and your website will go live.
After Build Support

Now that the project is complete we'd like our relationship with you to continue to grow. We offer a variety of maintenance packages, and we are always just a phone call or email away whenever you need us.
