Happy New Year – 2016
Happy New Year! As we start 2016, we thought that it would be an ideal time to reflect on what we achieved last year as well as look forward to some of our plans for this year.
Reflecting on 2015
Our big move
This year has seen some big changes within the company, with one of the biggest being the move into our brand new custom built office.
The move has meant that Team Valley Group’s print, graphic design, web design and web development teams have came together into one working environment, which has allowed us to provide a much better design experience for all our customers.
Charity
We continued our efforts to support the Fighting Neuroblastoma Childhood Cancer charity, with the Group as a whole raising money through various fundraising events.
Group Director, Andrew, helped raise money for the Sick Children’s trust by doing a 170 mile bike ride.
Steven our senior web developer also took part in a 24 hour EnduRun at Newcastle Racecourse for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund.
Looking Forward
2016 will no doubt will be an exciting year as we continue to expand our business and skill set so we are always able to help the continual online growth of our customers businesses.
Helping you cut the cost of a new website.
If you are an established North East based business you could be eligible for up to 35% funding towards a project that cost between £3000 & £8000 (max grant of £2800).
As a registered provider of the previous NBSL funds we are delighted to be able to offer this fund to new and existing customers who are looking on developing their online presence.

Year of the blog
We have always told our customers that the key to any successful online marketing campaign is to keep your website up to date, but over the past few years our own website has been a bit neglected. However with the launch of our new website at the end of last year we decided it was about time to practice what we have preach.
One of the main ways of doing this is our new commitment to our blog, so starting this year we will be bringing you a lot more company & industry news and useful tips & advise on how you can develop your online presence.
On your bike again
Group director, Andrew will once again be taking part in the Walney to Wear challenge, a 170 miles, 3 day, coast to coast bike ride from Barrow-in-Furness to Wearmouth. This all money raised will be donated to the cystic fibrosis charity.
Alongside the bike ride we will also continue our fundraising efforts for Neuroblastoma Childhood Cancer, as well as helping the Rotary Club of Whickham.
